Chuck has over 30 years of retail automotive experience, both on the OEM and dealer side. As a Chrysler Jeep dealer in the heart of Automation Alley for 24 years, Chuck was able to build one of the highest ranking dealerships in the country in customer satisfaction and was a Five Star dealer since the program's inception in 1998.
Chuck is also a Chairman Emeritus of the North American International Auto Show, a recipient of the 2005 TIME Magazine Quality Dealer Award, and past President of the Detroit Auto Dealers Associtaion.
Chuck started AutoAbility on the simple philosophy that made him so successful as a Chrysler dealer: Offer a superior product at a fair price with superior customer service to accompany them.
Chuck has a BSBA from Eastern Michigan University.

Mike Le Clear has over 30 years experience in computer hardware/software sales, vehicle sales, system support, installation and OEM account management. Mike spent many years with Electronic Data System's (EDS) Automotive Retail Group as a product development manager and was liaison to General Motors, Ford and Chrysler. He was instrumental in developing EDS client server technology for dealership/factory communications between the OEM and EDS in- house dealership systems. Mike also spent two years with Bell and Howell Publishing Automotive Group as Global Account Manager and was responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining relationships with the Asian Import Original Equipment Manufacturers in order to gain a share of the electronic parts catalog market share within these corporations. He also worked as director of sales and marketing for QEK Global Solutions, the leader in vehicle fleet asset management solutions where he was responsible for new dealer development throughout the eastern United States.
Mike attended Henry Ford Community College and Lawrence Technical Institute where he studied business. He also served six years in the 238th. Armored Cavalry Division of the Michigan Army National Guard where he was a platoon sergeant and tank commander and was honorably discharged.
